USB 802.11n adapters ?'s

I'm not too strong on the wireless speed knowledge with K's and k's and such...

Just wondering a couple things:

1 - Is there such thing as a reliable USB solution for wireless N?
2 - USB data transfer speeds vs. wireless N speeds... Are there bottlenecks / limitations?

I hate using the USB ones. They're always slow for me.

Alfa has a good 2000mw 802.11n card. Not as good as the b/g version, but if it is anything like my b/g card, it will not disappoint.
