Uprading 4850 to 5770

And I was wondering if it's worth it. I wasn't planning to upgrade but someone is selling an XFX 5770 for $80 shipped. What do you think?

wait till black friday and up your limit to at least 125 and u might be able to score a 6870 at the very least

The 4850 is under the 4870, it is near equal to the 5750, which is also under the 5770, and is near equal to the 6750, which is under the 6770.The difference between all of these cards is not substantial. If you want better performance, go another tier up or more.
