Looking for some build advice for upgading my wifes aging computer. It is currently running a C2D E6750 CPU and an 8800GTS video card. Some of the games she plays is making this thing show it's age. On to the questions:

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

Most strenuous thing will be gaming. Things like Diablo 3, CIV5 and MMOs.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

Overall budget in the $400 range, $350 if possible.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.

Milwaukee, WI area. No Microcenter yet.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

We'll need a mobo (must be mATX), CPU and RAM. Also need a 1-2 TB HD for her iTunes and files and maybe a SSD if we can fit it in the budget.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

Reusing a Corsair 520W PS, case, getting a GTX460 out of my computer. Also could re-use the WD Blue 640GB HD if we can't fit the SSD into the budget.

6) Will you be overclocking?

No overclocking.

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?

22" 1080 monitor.

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?

With a couple weeks.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.

Nothing special needed.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

Win7 64bit

Thanks to all in advance.

I would look at something like this from tigerdirect.com

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=8869088&CatId=7722

Its an AMD A10-7850k processor, 8 gigs of memory and an Asus motherboard. It may not be as fast as some of the Intel offerings but it should win out on price vs performance. More importantly I think the graphics that are built into the chip will outperform the video card you were planning on using.Add in that you still have the ability to put a better video card in it if you want.
