Undervolting + power limit on 4090

Hi

I'm trying to reduce the coil whine of my gpu

I managed to do it a but with

80% power limit
0,950mv @2700mhz
+1000 memory

Is it OK to lower power limit and undervolt at the same time? Running fine so far but I was still wondering.

I would like to answer your question by asking you one ;) :
Why wouldn't it be OK?
 
I don't know lol, I guess reducing power isn't harmful, worst case it will crash?
 
Reducing power just does that, stops the card using more power. Undervolting could potentially hurt more, but even that is next to impossible, because the 4090 has a low limit of about 750mV (not 100% sure if that is the exact value, but it is around that).
