I'm getting the error in the topic when ever i reboot on microsoft windows xp HOME edition. I tried looking in the Front Page MMC but the folders in there were blank, so i didn't know what would be attempting to start up personal web server... if anyone can help, it would be much appreciated, as this pop-up when ever the computer is rebooted is driving a very hot girl mad... and we all know that us internet types don't get to hang out with girls often :D
