Um... Help? X1600XT AGP temp monitoring

So I just bought a VisionTek X1600XT AGP from my local Best Buy. Don't ask me how much I paid for it - you don't want to know. But that's not why I'm posting. I'm posting because I can't seem to find any way of monitoring core/memory temps. There's no Overdrive panel in CCC, so no temp monitoring there. No "Temperature Monitoring" option in ATI Tool. No reference to any temperature monitoring of any kind in ATI Tray Tools.

Another thing is the lack of Overdrive. What's up with that? It was there with my old 9600XT. Of course, that was buit by ATI...
