Ultima-90 + LGA775 Bolt-Thru-Kit ?

I got the Ultima-90 for my Q6600. Iam not too fund of the attaching method, using one metallic thing to hold it down. I thought maybe one can use the mounting kit for ultra 120/extreme, LGA775 Bolt-Thru-Kit for the ultima-90.

Anyone tried this? is it doable.

It just seems like a better mounting method than the one which u get with the heatsink.
