As much as I would like to jump all over Apple for trying to worm its way out of this, most companies would do the same thing if they had to shell out $450 million.

U.S. District Judge Denise Cote in Manhattan said she found "most troubling" a clause requiring Apple to pay only $70 million if an appeals court reversed her finding that the company is liable for antitrust violations and sent it back to her for further proceedings.
 
This will truly be disgusting if apple get away with this. They should be fined even more. We'll see how corrupted it all is. Apple paying people off....
