Two Laptops: What single docking station solution?

Hey everyone so I have a work laptop and personal laptop that I am trying to find the best solution to allow either one of them to be hooked up to my two monitor work station

I have two of these monitors
Laptop #1 is an overpowered OP2 laptop
Laptop #2 is a HP Zbook 15 G3

They both have usb-c adapters and usb 3.0.

Are there "universal" docking stations that I can plug in through USB-C, leave my laptop shut have have everything going without having to install any software (limited on the software portion due to work laptop)?

There are usb-c docking stations, but my experience is they are not typically very good. Do the laptops have thunderbolt? That would be preferred.
