TV commercial standards ? (lenght, format)

Anyone knows where I can look up standards for TV commercials, like lenght and format.

Like the web has it's standard sizes for banners, I believe TV stations has their standards also, like different price classes vs lenght, and in which format they require the ads to be in, uncompressed AVI, mpg, whatever.

Anyone know something about this ?
