My pc is down and I have a WD MyCloud2EXUltra. I have a iPad Pro Max 12.9”. My WD MyCloud is connected to my router. And my iPad connects thru Wifi. I can bring up MyCloud in the browser. I am having problems tying to create a My Cloud account. I keep getting this - “some body keys are invalid”

Can some help? Tell me what the error is and how to fix.

Thank you

Ummm, aren't all of these out of support? I doubt it will let you make mycloud accounts for them anymore, support ended quite a while ago.

DId you have to create a MyCloud account before when you set up your EX2?

Can you just go here and create the account?
https://home.mycloud.com/

When you go to your local EX2 does it let you log into it with a local user/pass that would of been created when you set it up?

Personally with WD history, I would not connect the EX2 to the internet or a WD cloud account at all...

I’m not smart when it comes to this, but did figure it. I just run a rj45 line to it. I’m in and view my items and move them. I don't like the cloud. No internet or Wi-Fi for it. Just hard wired in. I won’t use Apples iCloud. Thank you.
