Trying to install exchange management tools, giving me issues

It's telling me I need to have IIS, SMTP, NNTP etc... installed on my PC. I really don't remember having to do this last time. I'm only installing the management portion for AD.

Is there by chance a download for this with a simple installer? This looks like it will be quite involved.
