Trying to get anonymous access to a network hard drive...

We have a hard drive at work that I simply cannot access from work here. It allows anonymous access but every time I try to go to it, Windows asks me to log in. If I don't type anything in the OK button is grayed out. Other coworkers running Linux can access the drive without a problem. Is there a way to get anonymous access to mapped network hard drive?
