Trouble with USB drivers

I have a ECS Elitegroup K7VTA3 motherboard and my USB drivers arn't working. I've d/led VIA drivers but everytime I install it, it installes in a second and then its done but when I go to look at my Hardware devices, it doesn't detect my USB's at all. I really need help.
