A small dot from a dry erase marker is what I've always heard. Either way the noscope / quickscope crowd is pretty sweaty and damn annoying. It's a shame COD won't ever fix that shit.

I dont think its something that needs to be fixed. It requires quite a bit of skill, and you still cant aim down sights as fast as any of the other weapons.
