Travelling Reptile Show

My family and I went to a reptile show today. Of course, I brought the camera (Nikon D70). These were all taken with my Sigma 180mm F/3.5 macro. For most, I used a SB800 speedlight on a flash bracket. All are handheld. Many are through glass.

Couldn't use the flash for this monitor. All it did was light up the screen surrounding his cage.

1/60 sec - F/3.5

1/60 sec - F/8

This shy python only wanted to hide under the sticks in his display. Had to use manual focus as the AF kept hunting out the sticks.

Great shots! Something about that last picture of the bird... just makes me laugh. Seems almost like his face is sunken into his head. lol
