PC here with mega large NH-U14S TR4-SP3. Can I put it on a cart with hard plastic wheels over some city streets without doing damage? I was thinking to lie it flat on the MB side and insert it into the two foam sides that came with the chassis. Will this be safe?

Seriously though, any sort of movement like that you'd be wise to re-seat the CPU heatsink afterwards anyway, so you might as well remove it first and put it back on again when moved. No need to take the CPU of the socket either.
