I was moving around and making some directories today for a new program. It came to the point where I could not edit/move/open them. I could copy and paste them to a lower level. I then looked at my file path and realized that many of my directories had very long names. If I shorted one a few characters, I could access the files again. If I made it longer, I could not.
I know there is a character limit on a single file (around 255), but I did not know there was a total character limit for the complete string that was even remotely possible to hit (I think it is 32000)? Now, this is on our worker server. So is this a server file naming storage issue or just a windows issue?
