I picked this tv up at best buy to see if it supports 444 @ 60 HZ. It will accept an RGB 4k 60hz signal if you change the hdmi mode to 2 in the menu. (No idea what this does, there is no manual and toshibas website links to wrong manual)

Only problem, it has some weird pixel issues going on. Exactly the same issues as in this thread:
Insignia 4k 43" Roku + HDMI 4:4:4 (Cheap and 4:4:4)
 
It may use the same panel which would have the exact same issues. Post a pic so everyone can see.
 
Looks like artifacts of a 4-subpixel layout, perhaps RWGB or BWGR.
