Tool that Summerizes shares/users/permissions?

I'm looking for a tool that would summerize all the
user/share/permission information for you.

A tool so that when you select a folder it would list
everyone who has access and thier permissions and what
not, instead of having to goto properties of the folder,
goto security, find out who has access and what thier
permissions are etc...

Does this make sense?

Theres a command in it called "perms.exe" you can check permissions with it.


basically:

perms [your domain]\[the user you want to check permissions on] ["path to folder/file you want to see what permissions the users has"]

then it lists that users permissions on the folder/file.

it works...and does what I want, but my boss wants some cutsey GUI POS for a client...apparently there is a program called security explorer or something I need to look into.
