I need a tool that runs under Windows 2008 R2 and is able to do a 1:1 block level copy of a 3 disk RAID 5 on a Dell Perc 6/i controller. The controller dropped two disks (Seagate 7200.11) a few days apart. While the disks are basically scratch disks for numerical simulations some users did not regularly backup their files so I would like to have an image for data recovery (some directories are unreadable) and bring the server back online.
Thanks in advance!

It sounds like you just want a drive image. Just image the drive in Windows like any other drive and go on your way. It being a RAID drive is irrelevant.

Take the drives out one at a time and attach them (and the drive you intend to copy onto) to a standard motherboard SATA port. Use dd (on any linux live cd) to make the copy.
