It'd be nice if the deal came from somewhere else, but it's hard to ignore if your in the market for a new case. You wont find this on any e-blast. I only knew about it because of an auto price alert. $129.99 - $35 (promo code) - $25 (rebate) + free shipping = $69.99... link.

Unfortunately I'd probably have to sell it locally to make anything worth the effort on it...

Decided to bite. My PC in the living room slowly worked it's way from a little HTPC to a pretty powerful gaming machine... time to get it the rest of the way there.

I've had dozens of cases over the years, and I can't imagine ever replacing my 500R. Throw a H100 up top and a few side fans on your GPUs and this case cannot be beat. It's an absolute steal at this price.

I noticed the pictures don't show the spot up top that was made to house the H100....not sure why since that's a killer feature of this case.

i have the sister 400r case. Some mobo may or may not fit with a h100, mine barely fit, i had to take the mobo out and install the h100i after. and it sits on top of the heat sinks on the side of the mobo. But it fits, I was close to returning it. the mounting holes only line up for 2 types of fans, and you cannot offset the cooler without custom mounting. That being said it is fairly roomy in there and the 500r has more fans than mine does.

I bought a HAFx but corsair cases rock the house.
    I wish I was building!

Omg, it's even better in person! I didn't need to replace my Antec 300 per say, but the zero cable management and usb 3.0 was driving me crazy. I also live in a dust bowl so the added filters was a major plus. That's not even mentioning all the other little goodies it flaunts. I think I'm in loove ♥♥♥

Agreed. Or the Swiftech H220 :D

I've gotta say, I'm impressed with Newegg. I ordered this yesterday right after I woke up, and in my sleepyness forgot to log into Shop Runner. So I placed the order with the standard free egg saver shipping (4-7 days). Well, it shipped yesterday from NJ, and it's out for delivery today in upstate NY. When I use shoprunner from NE and they do UPS it takes two days, yet this is getting here overnight with the cheap shipping. Go figure...

EDIT: And it was just delivered, before 9AM. That's never happened before...

I ordered a bunch of stuff from them 2 weeks ago and used their standard free egg saver shipping. I placed my order the night before (9ish) and had all my parts waiting for me by 3pm the next day! Same happened this week when I ordered this case. I'm definitely thankful and impressed. Was your carrier OnTrac?? I've never heard of em before, but it seems they like to hustle. I tried to give the guy a big hug, but he ran off.

This is why I miss living in Cali. No matter which shipping method I chose, every order from Newegg arrived the next day. Decide I want/need something at 4pm? No problem, place the order, and by noon the next day it was on my porch. Now I live in Oregon, and it's two days at best, three at worst.

I have the 500R and everything fits in it with no trouble at all. I just bought one and put in a new full sized ATX mobo, RAM with coolers on it, an i5 and a Corsair h100, all without any problems at all.

Nope, FedEx. They are odd here, not consistent. I don't have much stuff from them delivered here, but the of the last three, one came at 9AM, one at about 11AM, and one at like 5PM. UPS on the other hand, I get stuff from all the time, and it's extremely rare for them to not show up between 2:30-3:00PM.
