Timing question

Is it better to have my 1 stick of Corsair Xms 512mb Pc3200 run at;

200mhz - 3:3:3:8

166mhz - 2.5:3:3:7

133mhz - 2:2:2:6

is it better to have a higher fsb and high timings or lower bus and shorter timings?
