Thunderbolt Motherboard Otions

Is there any damn Intel Motherboard that supports 8th Gen CPU & has a Thunderbolt Port or capability to add a thunderbolt card?

I know some Gigabyte Z-170 Motherboards came with a Thunderbolt port but none of the Z370 boards have Thunderbolt. I think it should be a common feature being adapted my all manufactures, since its been out for a while now.

If there is something upcoming I would like to know so i can dete4mine how long the wait it.

The TB3 is only on x2 lanes but if you are one of those weirdos trying to do egpu with a desktop for some inane reason I have no sympathy.

There are a handful of asrock and asus atx z370 boards with the 5 pin header requried for expansion cards to work, its somewhat random which models they put it on every generation. You can find it marked on closeups of pcbs or download the pdf manuals.

Just built an ASUS Z370-A + ASUS ThunderboltEX 3 based system and all is rosy.

Just saw that, & I knew there had to be a catch "iTX" why not ATX?

All i need is the following:

1) Intel Z370 ATX or mATX Motherboard
2) Thunderbolt 3

So again, are there any options to get TB on a Z370 chip set?

There don't seem to be any other then the ASrock one unless you want to use an add in card. Seems that it's not royalty free so inclusion seems not high on manufacturers priority list. For asus boards supporting an add in card see below link
