how sticky are they supposed to be? because mine just keep falling off at the slightest touch. They seem to do the job OK though. I thoroughly cleaned off the residue from the stock cooler.

A lot of those little vga ram coolers (and NB coolers) use thermal adhesive. It gets softer the warmer it gets. And less adhesive. Kind of counter-productive.

Typical fix is to use thermal epoxy.

heh, I've never had a problem with them falling off. I poped mine off (sharp twist) of my old video card and stuck them to my new one without so much as changing the thermal tape, it's nearly a year later and they are still holding strong :D

Like the other guy said, if you never want them to come off you can thermal-epoxy the sinks to the card.

Get some thermal epoxy and mix it 50/50 with AS5. It will stick good and you will be able to get it off if you ever want to. You also will get good thermal transfer.
