it's free and it works.
what's not to love?
Can't beat the price. I've heard good things about Skybox from other sources, as well. This will likely be one of the first apps I check out, as soon as I get my hands on a headset.
Thanks OP. I will give it a shot.
does it work wit porI MEAN streaming video?
Yeah that program is pretty bad ass. Only thing it really needs is an ability to watch movies together with your friends. I mean, think how cool it would be if you could watch movies with your friends with your avatars hanging around in that virtual cinema.
Sure, after notifying all of your Steam friends and family which video you just queued up.
ain't vorpx, or oculus debugger tool work with mpc a better solution?
The Microsoft "360 Viewer" Edge extension works pretty good - adds a lil VR icon to compatible video streams (180/360 in youtube for instance) that you can click to bring it up on your headset. It works on the Windows Mixed Reality sets, maybe others
Pretty sure the Vive home has an implementation like that. It's been a while but I remember a room with a couch and people on it, and a screen.
good thing i changed the name of that file..........
Let me guess.....Kitten playing piano or sports bloopers?
12 and 13 lol
No mouse support? I ain't bustin' out my controllers to watch porn.
Back to Whirligig I suppose.
Does vr cause people to get seizures if too much action going on?
I have seen the warnings in some VR games just as conventional ones.
If someone has photosensitive epilepsy, quite possibly.
I had trouble with it opening certain local file types in the past, have they fixed that? I usually use GizmoVR but it also has some issues with file types - however I find the UI to the best of the free ones I've tried.
MermaidVR is the best in terms of file type support that i've tried..
