thermaltake fan controller and cpu fan

Was building my first PC and my brother-in-law gave me this fan controller. He was going to use it for his build a couple years ago but never got around to doing it. I don't need it because I already have the Lamptron Touch. He also gave me a cpu fan that I don't need either. I don't have any heat yet as this is my first sale on this forum. Never heard of heat until I joined here but have made plenty of forum transactions in the past. Here is my ebay profile if people need reassurance:

Looks like it was slightly used, judging by the thermal paste still on there. $10 shipped...now $5 + shipping costs
