Not sure how many of you remember this game, but just something from my childhood that I played before.

Bought it immediately as it is day1 Linux release and I loved themeHospital

I never played Theme Hospital and I didn't know this game was out, I'll download it tonight!

I haven't played it much but it reminds me a lot of Theme Hospital.
The only thing I missed in the original is more levels. I hope this one will have more options.
