Who cares about this guy's "dislike" button, the really neat feature in his office is the fully stocked bar next to his desk.

The system has a thumbs-down indicator, a feature many Facebook users have long sought. “I am the only guy who has a’ dislike’ button on Facebook,” he says. “A lot of people want [one], but this is the only place you will see it.”

Just a very nice paycheck if you are good it. And by very nice...mid six figures at a minimum + options. A good release engineer is 250k no problem.
