Don't think so. I think it's Fedora 11 running Gnome, but I'm not 100% sure. (100% sure on the distro part)

Actually ended up changing the background. Having the dock on the scrollbar side got annoying pretty quick.

Granted, I keep the Rocket Dock hidden unless I mouse over it. I just wanted to display my icons. The Start menu is kept hidden as well.
