If the P6T supports Xeons, which I think it does, you may be better getting one of the cheap 6 core xeons for X58 on ebay.

Here is Anandtech's link comparing the 5820k to the 990x. The newer stuff is better, but not THAT much better (in these examples at least).

Nope someone from Asus commented that it would be impossible to fit all elements into itx mobo

My 5930K is a monster in compressing files
For my job I often compress big archieve, using LZMA2 running on 12 thread I compressed 20GB in 2 minutes
It tooked me three times more for compressing the same archive using an i7 2600

four and a half good years with the X6 1090T, looking forward to 100MHz and a another 6 threads.
