A fun and easy test for your keyboard's N-Key rollover ability is to hold down both shift keys and try to type in the following: the quick brown fox jumps right over the lazy dog Many keyboards have limited NKRO ability, most are only 3-key, some claim 3-key bypass. Key registers are often clumped in matrixes around the keyboard and if you hold down several keys, often, other matrixes and keys in them won't register. Bought this cheap to replace a MS Digital Media Pro keyboard that had serious issues with FPS gaming, could not use A+S+Space or S+D+Space, i.e. no back strafing while jumping, so it went into the bin. I thought about the mechanical keyboards but just couldn't personally justify the cost.

This test is more accurate if you turn on scroll lock, and hold down the caps lock key while doing it. Turning on scroll lock keeps transient voltages from scrolling through the keyboard, making a more accurate test.
