This is one of my rigs. As of right now it has a Dual Core E5700, 2 gigs of ram, 220 watt psu, and 160 Gb HDD. I want to put the Asus P8Z77-I DELUXE in it, but the psu's that fit aren't powerful enough yet. Oh, and the controller ports are wired for USB, but they are quite useless until I modify a few peripherals with NES controller connectors.

Did you come up with this on your own or did this build inspire you http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_DQpNF-1Zw

Actually, this is my second NES-PC build, which I started in July of 2009. I wont claim that I originated the idea, I had heard of people doing this before, but I only remember seeing one or two horribly built systems. I wanted mine to be clean, and have everything actually attached to something, not free float. I have a ton of pics from the build process of this one, maybe I'll do a build log.
On another note, the first one used an Intel D945GCLF Mobo which ran a single core Atom processor, and a 90 watt pico psu. It was hideously underpowered to be sure, and couldn't handle too much without restarting because the psu was so small.

I'll join in, my main, primary computer:

Cables aren't perfectly hidden, the one going over the video cards was a last minute thing, after I installed the second video card. I need to route it behind the mobo tray and come out the top. The Corsair H100 is also a recent install, I need to hide its power cables better.

That one power cable from the H100 near the RAM really bothers me.

comp2.jpg

I have a magnetic filter that goes over this entire vent which keeps dust out. I took it off for the photo. The big fan keeps the video cards well cooled.

The computer is in the lower right in the photo.

Some night shots might look even better, with the blue lights, I might add one when it gets dark.

Here is my rig...still runs like a champ!

Specs are in my sig...
I've been using a Pinnacle bottle as a stand for my headset :)

Nice rig! If you don't mind my asking, what kind of monitor stand is that?

It's made by Ergotec. This one I have accommodates up to 27" displays. My displays are 3x ASUS VG278HE and 1 PB278Q.

I'll get a better picture tonight, this was right after I built it about a week ago.

The case was originally Black lian li Q08-ITX, which i've mod to fit mATX motherboard, full lenght GPU and custom loop.

It has MSI mATX board, i5-3570K, 4Gb ram, OCZ SSD, GTX 670 and silverstones SFX modular PSU with gold efficency, fully rewired with bitfenix extensions to fit the theme.

GPU+CPU are in the loop, which is cooled by single Phobya 140-radiator, EK Dcp 2.2 pump, Supreme LTX and Alphacool HF-14 blocks, fans are Akasa apache and Silverstone AK-141 in push'n pull configuration and hole system is dead silent (All fans running at 500-600Rpm, pump at 900Rpm)

I also have fan at the bottom, to cool GPU's VRM/VRAM, and to draw cool air into the case, PSU is also getting fresh air from this so it stays inaudiable (The fan is replaced with the Noiseblocker one, it has much better airflow@lower noise level than the stock fan)

Here's my new build. I am building it for my parents.
Fractal Design Core 1000
AMD A4-5400K
MSI FM2-A75MA-E35
G.SKILL DDR3 1600 8GB (2x4GB)

I never cleaned it since building it a year ago. I just now did some minor snow removal to clear it up a bit.

Is that Star Trek Online on the middle screen?

Man, some excellent rigs on this thread. Most impressive. Doesn't look like Corsair is hurting for funds (or free advertising) either. :)

That dusty one is pretty amazing for only a year. My wife's PC tends to go crazy like that, but mine stays relatively clean by comparison.

I had to go back through the posts just to see how many Corsair products I could spot :D
They should be doing well, it seem the majority of rigs in this thread so far have at least one Corsair part. Their PSU's probably being used the most.
