Text size in internet explorer keeps reverting back to medium setting

I cant seem to keep the text size in the view menu to larger. every time i open and close internet explorer it reverts back to medium. Is there any reason its doing this or is there any way to permanently change it?

Also, is there any way to change this new vbulletin text size to be larger than it is?
