Temp software true or false readings

Hi,
I have used many type of software that takes the temps of things like mainboard cpu gpu hard drives etc,But i dont belive every 1 tells the truth looking at theses and there temps on my sytem you can see the Difference
Everest, cpu 40° mainboard 32°
Hardware monitor, cpu 46° mainboard 34°
Pc wizard cpu, 38° mainboard 60°
Nvidia monitor, cpu 36° mainboard 33°
The bios, mainboard 32° cpu 49°

I have looked on google and theres alot of people asking questions about this and getting worried about there systems is it fact that we have to except that some of these programes are not acurate.

I noticed Hardware Monitor and Real Temp tell the same temperature, so I just go by those.
