Task Manager type app

I am in need of a Task Scheduler type application.

I need to be able to start and stop a program at certain times when I am not home. Windows Task Scheduler only starts the app, it will not stop it at a certain time, just after a number of hours.

Anyone know of such an application?

try the freeware database (sticky at the top of the board)
I dont have a recommendation off the top of my head
