Take care : for people from EU buying from UK !

This is true about Ebay and this is true about Amazon and also any kind of medicine you were used to buy in UK. I frankly bought plenty of medicine not allowed in France, in UK online. No problem receiving them. Two times it was blocked when I bought quite the same in the US (and two times they passed), but I was fined one time for trying. And this is going to be true about software licenses on used software that followed UE rules. Also no way to try to have one owns DNA checked legally on a service based in UK. One trying can have this made can get years in jail. Totally forbidden in France even for yourself. Problem was that you could get this from UK without being sued because UK law would protect french individuals at EU level, and there wasn't any country left resisting France (for the french citizen only) in the EU.
Not any more after the 31st of january 2020. UK will move out gradually. For instance an UK judge considered that after the UK law software license couldn't be passed to somebody else. But EU law superseeded UK law. This behaviour is not going to continue anymore and probably some of those judgements will be reconsidered and agree with the previous purely UK judgement, erasing the UE prevalence, reconsidering some cases. This is going to be huge, including taxes. There may not be economic war at the top level, but all the little people rights and small companies will be fully spoiled.
So if you're in UK or in UE don't buy anything on the other side and try to stay out of any transaction over the border.

The first two links you supplied are almost 10 years old!!!! Things have changed in that time. The last link does not even start to come in to play until the 31 December 2020 (11 months time!).

The only thing that is going to change really once 11pm GMT tonight when Brexit actually happens is that the French government can't push the migrants at Calais across to the UK any more!

If a medication is banned in your country then you shouldn't be buying it & importing into your own country any way! That is like me buying cannabis in Amsterdam & expecting it to be ok to be shipped to me in England. EU laws did not supersede UK laws in the majority, only in a few instances.

Not sure about waiting that long for the law about licensing. And I didn't grab a more recent case because I didn't find it where an english judge concluded a judgement in court that the interpretation on the licensing in EU was against english principles that should prevail and so didn't follow the EU law. Not sure what happened after that. Probably another trial.
The medication is banned in EU but not in UK and the US. Even my physician says it's poor judgement and methodology and that the medication in UK and US, that has no replacement anymore in EU, is better and that I should get it.
France didn't push migrants at Calais. They were on the contrary retained in France at Calais, but they didn't want to stay. They wanted to flee to UK no matter what. Fact is those migrants wanted normal life and work, on the contrary of the migrants coming by millions in France who are willing only to live out of aides. And this is why there was so much trouble. France even put them on aides, gave them apartmlents and these are of very high standard, that if you don't earn a lot it is better for you not to work in France (real figures of 8 millions unemployed - you know now why). But they still refused because most of them were against socialism unwilling to live in a socialist country. Fact is, if France let them go, UK will have much more of those migrants arriving on their beaches.
