Been looking high and low for some type of table-top USB-C charging solution that has cords that cannot be removed.

Not looking for something that requires the device being 'docked'. Users should be able to continue working while charging.

This is for a public space so I don't want to just buy a random charging block and plug in cords because they can be swiped.

Any recommendations?

Like...this? Cables are removable, but not without some difficulty.

Seems most have removable cables. I'd just get one of those 6-port chargers and leave it cable-less. If they want to steal cables, then they can bring their own. Sucks for the non-thieves, but that's not my problem.

Airports are the same way, probably for the same reason. If they aren't stealing, they're breaking, cutting, or otherwise damaging them, sometimes (often?) on purpose.

You could try something like this:

Just put the charger a distance away.

Or use chargers with attached blocks for laptops like this
https://www.ebay.com/itm/363993275856?_nkw=45+watt+usb+c

And snake the cable through a port that is not wide enough for the block to penetrate.

You can also always diy something! Just buy a number of usbc-usbc cables, cut them in half, and wire them to your own project box or 3d printed thing. Could be a fun project if you have the time.
