System32 folder keeps opening on boot up

Anyone know how to fix this? I have Kaspersky Internet Security 2009, and it doesn't fix it. I also have Spybot and AdAware, and these don't fix it. I've also run SmitfraudFix, and this hasn't helped either. Neither does playing with the startup settings in msconfig.

The most likely cause of folders opening up unexpectedly on startup is a program trying to run on startup but with an incorrect path:
