Wow, this looks awesome and should as hell make a big difference for folks holding a tablet in both hands. No more "Ok, lemme hold it in this hand and tap out the letters with this finger" or situations like it. I can already imagine myself using this keyboard extensively when I finally find a tablet I like enough to buy.

And definitely check out the video at:

Personally the only issues I see with the video demo are a) it's a very large tablet, obviously, and b) I would hope you could scale the keyboard but probably not. In that example in the video, if the actual 'keys' themselves were about 20% larger (to account for the larger screen/resolution) he probably wouldn't have made nearly as many booboos as he did.

Maybe they'll improve it as time goes by... on a 7" tablet like the NOOKColor this could change everything with respect to text input.

The regular swiftkey keyboard for android phones is REALLY amazing (the prediction accuracy is unreal). And this keyboard would take a bit of getting used to but definitely looks like it could be a winner.

Glad to see they're making something like this, every time I type on a tablet I ache at how cumbersome it is to type all the way across the screen.

Very nice but I hated using Swift on my phone, I doubt I'll take a shine to it on a tablet. Still, very nice.

I know it is a year old thread but would like to add some suggested keyboard app that would recommend. I'm using a different keyboard app that would interest you and been using this for more than a month now.

This is a keyboard app by "Dextr" it's not on the usually qwerty layout but this is on an alphabetical keyboard layout. I love to recommend it to you.
