Surveillance camera with 30ft cord

Do you know of any surveillance cameras with a 30 foot cord? I'd also need software to record like 5 fps. (Unless I can find a video software solution for an old Logitech Pro 4000 on Windows 8.1 and a huge USB extension cord.)

Surveillance Camera? That logitech is a web cam, not a surveillance cam. . . .

And USB is only good for 15 feet without a powered repeater.

Find a POE network camera, monoprice should have some for a decent price.

Yup as stated above poe is what you want. Also you don't need a Poe switch most cameras work just fine with poe injectors

Reolink makes good cheap POE cams, about $50 off Amazon. Quality is very good and so far mine seem reliable. For software I would look into BlueIris.

Amcrest makes some pretty good PoE camera as well.

For recording you can use Ispy. It supports many types of video sources and with a USB extender, you could get your cam to work.
