We have two laptops that are exactly the same at my house, we are using a 108Mb/s wireless netgear router along with 108Mb/s wireless netgear PC cards for the laptops. About a month ago I updated the wireless PC card driver software to the latest version from netgear's site on one of the laptops. I noticed a while after that the card would lock up occasionally but it could be removed and reinserted to get it working again. I installed the same software on the second laptop. After more time passed the laptops started freezing up requiring a hard reboot. I decided to go back to the older version of the driver software but the problem still exists. Is anyone else having this problem with netgear's PC cards? Crappy drivers? Any recomendations on how to remedy this problem?
