Suggestions on DIY Swifty APEX kit

Probably not what you are thinking but, since _everyone_ is out of the kit, I was going to just piecemeal me a kit but I don't see much 7/16 ID tubing anywhere.

I also assume they use 1/2" barbs on everything and you're just supposed to stretch the tubing to fit.

I already have a PA120.2 rad but what else, in your opinion, should I get getting? I assume the following:

Storm Block
Micro Res (fits perfect in my case)
655 Pump
my PA120.2 rad with 2 Yate Loons (swapped out for Black when they come out)
Radbox
Coolsleeves
Tubing and various fittings (where to get the 7/16 ID tubing and what kind?)

I also see hole grommets in most pics of the kit install. Where can you get these?
 
Masterkleer 7/16" ID 5/8" OD 3/32" wall, you can get it at mcmaster at page 82

yes, they do use 1/2" barbs.

don't forget to get some coolant additive. zerex, by valvoline, is a pretty good bet. otherwise, you could get that swiftech gunk.....
