Suggestions for a professional color monitor

Hey guys, its been awhile since I've gone monitor hunting ever since I got my PG278Q. I recently got into photo editing and I need a monitor that produces colors accurately. I will be editing photos to have them printed.

Do you guys have any suggestions that would fit the following criteria?

1. Sub $1k
2. 1440p
3. 27 inch
4. Close to 100% adobe and sRGB

Thanks in advance!
 
I'd prefer it to be new, but I guess it would depend on what the specs of it are.
