[Suggestion for Recovery Software] Building a recovery partition for my PC

I really want to split a partition for recovery windows 10 from my HDD but I am not sure how to do that.

Is there any recommended software for creating 1-click recovery (just like OEM NB) for Desktop?

So far, I knew Windows PE (Ghost backup) is one option but I would prefer creating a recovery partition for that
