Stuck in Icewind Dale 2

So, I'm stuck on the 3x3 square test in the ice fortress, I think it may be bugged. This is the room surrounded by levers downstairs, guarded by a golem.

I will finish 3 squares in a row, but I'm not getting any confirmation and I'm unable to finish the 5 rounds, as the first round never completes. Am I doing it wrong, or is this bugged? I've tried every combination of squares possible.

It isn't exactly skippable, since I need to complete 1 phase to get the key I need.
