Striker Extreme and OCZ XLC PC9200

Hello, ive been having terrible problems with my striker and this ram.
Fisrt of all my setup is as follows:
ASUS STRIKER EXTREME BIOS 8002
INTEL QX6700 QUADCORE
2 BFG 8800GTX WATER COOLED EDITION IN SLI
2X1GB RAM PC9200 OCZ FLEX XLC 1150Mhz
2 RAPTOR X 150GB EACH FOR OS
2 SEAGATE 7200.10 750GB EACH
PC POWER AND COOLING 1KW QUADSLI
1 DVD BURNER DVD-DL
1 DVD PLAYER
SWIFTECH APEX ULTRA H20-220 KIT

It all was working great and after 10 day i started getting problems, frezees, blue screens and crashes.
Most of the time it would get fixed by removing one of the ram sticks.
When i read this post i did the following:
First memtest86+ for about 4 passes NO ERRORS.
Set SLI Memory to expert.
Disabled linkboost.
Manually set ram volt to 2.4
Manually set timings according to the ocz webpage.
Still getting all the same problems.
Then i downloaded CPUZ, and started to see a couple of curios things.
As u can see in picture #2 the memory is running at 400Mhz that for dual channel is 800Mhz,
this ram is rated to run at 1150mhz...what gives???.
Also in picture # 3 you can see the Max Bandwith says PC-6400(400Mhz) wich i DONT GEEETTTTTT this is supposed to be PC-9200...
Please help me see whats going on with my ram.

Well iam not sure thats rigth, i mean thats the stock speed of the ram if i had to overclock to get to the stock speed, the i woulnd probably be able to overclocke it pass that, and this is supposed to be overclockable for more than 1150mhz.
Again i migth be wrong.
