Strange Win10/explorer issue.

I think it's explorer anyway. What happens is occasionally my taskbar will flash and all the icons (Afterburner, network, etc.) disappear and then reload. Any ideas what could cause this?

Could be a graphics driver issue or other software misbehaving. What happens I guess is the shell (explorer.exe) is restarting itself. You should first check system log (Event log) for any records pertaining to the exact time when this happens.
