strange problem with asrock 870 extreme 3

does anybody know what a blinking power led means, the pc powers on fine and seems to work ok but the power led is blinking.

happened after the pc went into sleep mode last night and i had to restart the pc to get it to come on again.


could it be a motherboard or psu problem?

fixed it, just put my pc into sleep mode again and woke it up and the power led isnt blinking anymore.
