Strange Problem Playing All Video

Hi. I haven't been here on hardforum much lately. Well, my system has devoloped quite an issue. Whenever I try to play a video, no matter which media player it's in (except quicktime), the video is zoomed in probably about 1000% to the center of the frame. I havent always had this problem, it just showed up a few months ago. Do you guys know of any solutions?
